Ghana: WhatsApp may soon allow you to make a voice message on your status.

 Client communication has never been simpler. Most clients are unwilling to install or use an in-house developed application to connect with the business most of the time, however WhatsApp is an exception. They would rather rather interact with a Whatsapp bot than visit a website to hunt for information. Of course, the bot's capabilities are determined by the business endeavor, but all of the tools are accessible to create a superb 'consultant' bot that simplifies the lives of clients.

WhatsApp is generally safe since all communications are encrypted end-to-end, making it a very secure messaging software. You may now send a voice note or an audio file within a WhatsApp discussion, but you cannot share these with your contacts in bulk. That will change once the new feature is implemented. The WhatsApp status function has grown to be similar to Snapchat and Instagram's stories features: you post a line of text, a picture, or a short video, and it is visible to the people you're linked with for 24 hours. If you like, you can only reveal your status to a subset of your contacts. Those time limitations and privacy controls would likely apply to voice status updates as well, though it's unclear how they'd be shown within the app. Keep an eye out for an official announcement on the feature.
