On Friday, February 17, 2023, a level 200 student at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) died after falling from the 4th floor of his hostel. According to the university's official website, Voice of KNUST, the student fell while attempting to jump from one balcony to another. The Voice of KNUST noted that the student was studying Industrial Art in a tweet the same day.
"A KNUST level 200 male Industrial Art student has been confirmed dead after falling from the fourth story of Ultimate hostel, former [Evandy - Bomso]."
"The tragic occurrence occurred while he attempted to move from one balcony to the next????????," sections of the tweet stated. The post also included a video of the victim's lifeless corpse surrounded by shocked students.
Why will he do such a thing ? Sometimes our careless behavior put us into these problems.
