The Heads of Second Cycle Schools have been warned by the Ghana Education Service (GES) not to sell anything from the prospectus to Form One candidates who come to their schools for admission.
The Ghana Education Service's management strongly disapproves of this conduct and wants to make it clear that it is forbidden and must end immediately.
Additionally, it has urged Heads of Schools to only request things that have been approved and said that "Any Head of School caught demanding any item(s) other than the allowed ones would be severely sanctioned."
According to a statement made by Prince Charles Agyemang-Duah, the Schools and Instructions Division's acting director, GES will soon start looking into the problems to make sure the proper things are done at the schools.
