OSIS Access for All UEW Continuing Students' Academic Results

 All continuing students' academic records, including those of level 400 interns, have been transferred from ITS to OSIS.

• To examine your OSIS results from earlier semesters:
• Use this link to access the OSIS Student Information Portal: https://osissip.osis.online
• Use the password you created at your initial login along with your UEW student email address as your username.

Note: If you are having trouble setting up a password for OSIS SIP for the academic year 2022–2023, click here for instructions. You can view your results from prior semesters by selecting Academic Results from the navigation bar on the right side of your site.

After checking your transcripts, if there are any questions, please

• Take a printout of your transcript.
• Please indicate the problematic issue(s) on the printed transcript.

1. For a resolution, present it to your departmental exams officer.

All students are encouraged to access their OSIS transcripts and, when needed, provide their Exams Officers with feedback.

Keep in mind that OSIS will serve as the foundation for all future findings. To prevent any confusion with results after you have access to your portal on OSIS, the portals on ITS ERP will be disabled at 12 a.m. on March 6, 2023.

Level 400 students who are on internship are also entreated to access their portals and view their results. They are encouraged to use the official channels to get in touch with their Departmental Examination Officers should they find any issues that need to be addressed.
