 The Electoral Commission (EC) has stated that Parliament's invitation to the Commission's Chairperson, Jean Mensa, to brief the House on the proposed Constitutional Instrument (CI) that seeks to make the Ghana Card the sole identification document for voter registration arrived day before the meeting's scheduled date.
