According to the story, Matiko also stabbed Musa in the forehead, attempted to sever Musa’s right hand, but was unsuccessful. She also hurled a spear at Musa’s stomach.
“I was able to attend the burial for three days before I finally had to leave. After I returned back from my trip, he questioned me about who I believed would be preparing meals for him while I was gone for those three days. “In the past, whenever we got into an argument, he would even beat me up with a rod; but, on that particular occasion, he beat me up with a panga,” the victim recalled.
