UEW SRC/LOCAL NUGS HAND OVER CEREMONY

The SRC at the University of Education, Winneba holds a handover ceremony to welcome new SRC executives. 

The University Of Education, Winneba's Student Representative Council (SC) parliament has scheduled a handover ceremony to welcome newly elected executives of the student governing council into office.

The 2022/2023 SRC administration handed over the baton to the incoming SRC executives led by Bismark Opoku, the new SRC President, at an occasion graced by the Dean of Students, David Xefu, on Friday, September 15, 2023, at the Conference Room of the Student Centre on North Campus.

Before the inauguration, outgoing SC President Ransford Samovie made his end-of-term address, emphasising his administration's significant accomplishments. The newly elected executives were sworn in by the Chief Justice of the SRC Parliament, James Wonder Doe. Bismark Opoku, the incoming SRC President, delivered a speech encouraging students to support him on this path. I humbly request management's assistance on behalf of the SRC and the entire student body.
