On Saturday, February 11, 2023, twelve individuals were brought to the Winneba Trauma hospital after being injured in a three-vehicle accident on the Winneba-Accra route. At 5:30 p.m. on the Winneba-Accra Highway, a Tipper Truck with registration number GN 1436-12, a Ford with registration number GE 7270-17, and a Sprinter with registration number GT 5236-19 collided with various damages at Gomoa Dominase. There were no fatalities recorded at the accident location. The tipper truck's bumper, fender, and headlight were slightly damaged, while the Ford's engine and front compartment were seriously damaged. The sprinter on the left was also injured.
