Former Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda has praised the Black Stars' new technical team, led by Chris Hughton, calling them "wise men."
Hughton was recently appointed as the new coach after Otto Addo resigned following Ghana's elimination from the 2022 World Cup in Qatar in the group stage.Didi Dramani and George Boateng, both of whom previously served under Addo, will assist him. Dauda believes that the experience and knowledge of the new coaching staff will benefit the national team.

"We now have a coach in Chris Hughton, and the most important thing is that he has been with the team for some time, so I think it will help us," he explained."We have a wise technical team that can assist the national team; all we have to do is support them so that they can succeed."Ghana will play Angola in two Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers on March 23 and 27. With four points, the Black Stars are tied for first place in Group E with Angola, followed by Central African Republic and Madagascar in that order.
