Stephen Bear, a disgraced reality TV personality, was sentenced to 21 months in prison for posting a private video of himself having sex with his ex-girlfriend Georgia Harrison on his OnlyFans website. Bear was also ordered to sign the Sex Offenders' Register and will be subject to notification requirements for ten years, as well as a five-year restraining order prohibiting him from contacting Georgia Harrison. On August 2, 2020, the 33-year-old, who won Celebrity Big Brother in 2016, and the 28-year-old Harrison were caught on CCTV cameras having sex in Bear's garden. Harrison has waived her right to anonymity after appearing on The Only Way Is Essex, Love Island, and Olivia Meets Her Match. Prosecutor Jacqueline Carey KC told an earlier trial at Chelmsford Crown Court that Harrison and Bear had consensual sex at his home in Loughton, Essex, but Harrison was unaware it was being recorded. According to Harrison, when Bear showed her the footage, she told him "never to send" it to anyone and "made it clear how upset she would be if he did," according to the prosecutor. The complainant stated that she saw Bear send the footage to someone on WhatsApp later that day, and she later learned that it was circulating online later that year. Bear "either uploaded it himself or had it uploaded to OnlyFans and profited financially," according to Carey. Bear, who has also appeared on Ex On The Beach, denied all charges and claimed at trial that he deleted the footage that day and had only shared it with Harrison. However, he was found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with the intent to cause distress at Chelmsford Crown Court.
