Private Legal Practitioner Captain (Retired) Nkrabeah Effah DarteyCaptain (Retired) Nkrabeah Effah Dartey, a private legal practitioner, has revealed how he was wrongfully accused of something he never did and was subsequently sacked from the Ghana Armed Forces.The retired military officer who served in the Ghana Armed Forces is a lawyer and politician. On April 27, 1983, he was promoted to captain, and he left the military on August 14, 1983, just over four months later.Lawyer Nkrabeah Effah Dartey recounted his previous experience, revealing that he was sentenced to eleven months in prison and sacked from the Ghana Armed Forces because someone lied against him, adding that his departure was planned.
Nkrabeah Effah Dartey revealed in an interview with Kumasi-based Angel FM that the individual lied against him when he had one to defend him.He went on to say that the unnamed individuals bore false witness against him and that he was later expelled from the security agency."I was sent to prison for eleven months and was also sacked from the Ghana Armed Forces because someone lied against me. So it is difficult for someone to tell lies about you when you have no one to defend you". Captain Nkrabeah Effah Dartey stated this in a recent interview with Angel FM Kumasi."There is nothing more painful than having someone tell a lie about you and having no one to defend you," he said.
