Due to a lack of accommodation space, Ghana Senior High School, Tamale students are forced to convert a school restroom into a dormitory.An online video depicts the appalling situation at the school, in which these helpless students were forced to sit in filthy conditions.The video showed students living in and cramming themselves into the small cubicles with toilets right in front of them.
In response, a lot of people have criticized the government for not dealing with the Free SHS policy's excesses.Accordingly, the Ghana Instruction Administration has responded by going to reformatory lengths against the Head administrator and Senior Housemaster of Ghananasco.In the meantime, the headmaster defended himself in an interview by claiming that the school has sufficient space for housing, and as a result, the students were not using the restrooms as dormitories.
